KACO new energy says it has shipped over 650 MW of PV inverters in the first six months of the year, pushing the company's overall worldwide production of sold PV inverters to over 2 GW.
KACO notes that solar market growth in the Americas and other regions of the world has spurred this increased demand for inverters. The company says its goal is to sell 1,500 MW of inverters by the end of this year.
KACO plans to launch the first generation of its blueplanet transformerless inverters this year, the company adds, noting that its 6400xi and 7600xi models will be available to installers as soon as CEC testing is complete.
