The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) has endorsed an insurance program offering from Kessler Advisors that provides coverage specifically for solar manufacturers, distributors and installers.
‘This new, first-of-its-kind insurance coverage is designed specifically to protect solar energy businesses and their employees at competitive premium rates,’ says Rhone Resch, president and CEO of SEIA. ‘It will help solar companies at any level  from local installers to global solar manufacturers and developers  grow their businesses and attract a highly talented workforce.’
This insurance program includes general liability, workers' compensation, group medical/dental, surety, property, professional liability and motor vehicle liability coverage. SEIA members will receive premium discounts; online safety training; human resources and labor law assistance; and other benefits.
