PV manufacturer LDK Solar has announced that Yonggang Shao, executive vice president of corporate strategy and an executive director, has resigned from the company's board.
Under a new agreement, Shao will serve as a consultant to the chairman of the board of directors. The company says Shao's resignation will not affect the composition of the board's audit, compensation, nominating or corporate governance committees.
