LDK Solar Co. Ltd. has signed an agreement with Advanced Solar Products of Flemington, N.J., to supply 58,803 PV modules for a 14.1 MW PV installation planned at the East Windsor, N.J., campus of The McGraw-Hill Cos. According to the project partners, this installation is expected to be the largest privately owned net-metered solar project in the Western Hemisphere.
Under the terms of the agreement, all panels will be delivered by November. Construction on the project commenced July 22, and the system is expected to be fully operational by spring 2012.
