Solar Energy Initiatives Inc. has hired Dean C. Leischow as executive vice president of sales and marketing. In this role, Leischow will assist the entire management team in driving key sales and marketing initiatives for the company. He will focus on large-scale municipal projects.
Most recently, Leischow was the president of Leischow Group Inc., which provided energy consulting solutions targeted at several markets.
