TGI Solar Power Group, a New York-based provider of solar and other clean technology products and solutions, has hired John Litvinchuk as chief operating officer and a member of the board of directors.
Litvinchuk is a certified project management professional with over 20 years of professional experience at Fortune 500 companies. He has served as an advisor on numerous merger and acquisition transactions and has structured major outsourcing deals.
