Thin-film solar module manufacturer Inventux Technologies AG has contracted with Linde Nippon Sanso (LNS) to provide the full range of high-purity gases used in the manufacturing process at its new Berlin manufacturing plant.
The long-term contract comprises turnkey gas-systems engineering, along with the exclusive supply of all gases for the solar cell production line – including on-site generated bulk nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and silane, as well as all cylinder gases. LNS will also provide an on-site total gas management service.
