Christoph Lohrke has been tapped to head investor relations at Conergy AG, assuming responsibility for communication with the capital markets and supporting the company's shareholders.
Lohrke was employed in the same position at Hugo Boss AG since 2002. He will be supported by Bettina von Franqué, who switched to Conergy AG in Hamburg from the IR division of Volkswagen AG in London, and Christoph Marx. For the past seven years, Marx has worked in the Conergy Group's corporate communications unit and was previously responsible for capital markets communications for subsidiary Epuron.
Thorsten Vespermann, head of corporate communications at Conergy AG since 2001, will focus on public relations and the expansion of the group's global communications, which is currently active in 26 countries around the world.
