Quanta Services Inc. has named Peter Lorenz president of Quanta Renewable Energy Services LLC. In this role, Lorenz will drive the growth of Quanta's presence in the renewable energy market while providing strategic oversight of the company's operations related to the planning, installation and interconnection of wind and solar generation infrastructure.
Prior to joining Quanta, Lorenz was associate partner at McKinsey & Co. in Houston and led its global solar initiative over the past two years. Prior to joining McKinsey, he helped build Shell Solar's global business as the company's finance manager, based in London.
