Dublin, Ga.-based MAGE SOLAR USA LLC, part of the MAGE GROUP, has named Joe Thomas president and chief operating officer.
Thomas previously served as manufacturing director at Rockwell Automation in Dublin, Ga., and two facilities in Monterrey, Mexico. During his 22-year career with Rockwell Automation, he provided leadership and direction to more than 1,400 employees in North America, where he oversaw manufacturing of products.
In addition, Thomas Schwank will take on a specialized role as vice president of projects at MAGE SOLAR. Schwank holds a degree in cybernetic engineering and has over five years of experience in U.S. business management.
Jeff Kay, manager of logistics, will now also assume leadership of the inside sales group, in addition to his logistics manager responsibilities. Connie Dewease, from human resources, finance manager Beth Bozeman and operations manager Charlotte Brazil will also join MAGE SOLAR's management team.
