Matinee Energy, a solar project developer and financier, has broken ground on the Matinee Energy Campus, a new 50-acre site in Benson, Ariz., that will house facilities for solar energy research, manufacturing and related job training.
The campus will focus on engineering and manufacturing cost-cutting and enhancing the performance of solar mounting systems, Matinee Energy says. The company has partnered with consultancy firm GreenStone System Inc.
