MDC Vacuum Products LLC has appointed Luke Marusiak CEO and member of its board of managers. The company also named Tom Kim chief financial officer.
Prior to joining MDC, Marusiak spent nearly five years as COO of Intevac Inc., a publicly traded company that manufactures high-vacuum thin-film deposition tools used for production of hard-disk media.
Kim has over 19 years of senior-level experience in global financial management and accounting. Prior to joining MDC, he spent approximately 13 years with Applied Materials, most recently as vice president of finance.
