Oursun Solar Power Ltd., a joint venture of Switzerland-based meeco Group and the Nishat Group of Pakistan, has concluded a power purchase agreement for the output of a 2 MW solar energy installation for a future mall in Lahore, Pakistan.
Construction of the mall is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. The installation of a meeco sun2roof solar system is expected to be complete by the end of this year. The solar installation is expected to produce 3.85 GWh of electricity per year.
