Mercury Solar Systems, a Port Chester, N.Y.-based solar integrator, has acquired Eos Energy Solutions, a Philadelphia-based solar system integrator.
Upon closing, Eos Energy will be re-branded as Mercury Solar Systems. Andrew Kleeman, founder of Eos Energy, will lead Mercury's Pennsylvania division and oversee day-to-day operations.
‘Eos' relationship with Mercury Solar Systems will only enhance the depth of our product offering and allow us to accelerate the delivery of nearly 1 MW of solar energy systems now under contract,’ says Kleeman.
