Santa Clara, Calif.-headquarterd MiaSole, a manufacturer of copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS) thin-film photovoltaic modules, has received simultaneous certification of its 100 W and 107 W CIGS modules to UL 1703 and IEC 61646 and 61730 standards.
The company says its module was the first CIGS thin-film module to be certified by UL to the three most critical certification standards, and all three UL certifications were accomplished simultaneously.
