Mitsubishi Corp. plans to build three large-scale solar power plants totaling 95 MW in Japan.
Bloomberg reports that the company will partner with C-Tech Corp. to construct a 77 MW solar plant in Aichi prefecture. Additional projects will include a 12 MW plant and a 6 MW plant in Fukushima prefecture.
Total project costs are expected to reach approximately 6 billion yen. The projects are scheduled to begin operation in 2014 and 2015.
