India-based technology company Moser Baer has named Rajiv Arya CEO of Moser Baer Photovoltaic (MBPV), its solar photovoltaic business.
Arya has been with MBPV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Moser Baer, since September 2007. He was previously MBPV's chief operating officer and has over 25 years' experience in the solar energy space.
Earlier in his career, Arya worked as the chief technology officer for California-based OptiSolar Inc. and director of the Oregon Renewable Energy Center in Portland, Ore. He also spent time at BP Solar.
