The New Hampshire State Senate has approved H.B.1353, which would modify the state's existing net-metering law to allow larger renewable energy generators to participate, the New Hampshire Business Review reports.
Current law limits the size of eligible generators to 100 kW. The new legislation allows generators up to 1 MW.
