Novagen Solar Inc. has completed its acquisition of Novagen Solar (Canada) Ltd., a Canadian corporation that has the exclusive right in Canada (non-exclusive elsewhere) to sell the RSi line of photovoltaics, including the SuperPV power enhancer and the DSO BIPV Window.
‘This acquisition will enable us to aggressively enter the solar market with a comprehensive portfolio of forward-looking products,’ says Thomas Mills, CEO of Novagen Solar.
