One Sun Inc., a California-based commercial solar PV system installer, has been contracted to install 1.6 MW of solar PV systems on two of Constellation Brands' California wineries.
The first project, which will be installed at Estancia Winery in Soledad, Calif., will involve 1 MW of roof-mounted modules on five structures over a surface area of 85,000 square feet. The second project, which will be installed at Ravenswood Winery in Sonoma, Calif., will require nearly 600 kW of both roof-mounted and ground-mounted modules over 44,000 square feet of surface area.
Completion of both projects is scheduled for January 2011.Â
