Robert Martorano Jr. has joined San Diego-based residential solar services provider OneRoof Energy Inc. as executive vice president of capital markets. In this role, Martorano will report to David Field, OneRoof Energy's president and CEO.
‘Rob brings a unique understanding of project finance, capital markets and other key disciplines to OneRoof Energy as the company embarks upon its next stage of growth,’ says Field.
Martorano previously served as director of alternative energy finance for Citigroup Global Markets, where he focused on the structuring and syndication of tax equity for wind and solar transactions.
Prior to Citibank, Martorano was the president and founding partner of Meridian Asset Finance LLC, which structured tax advantaged financing for alternative energy projects, including solar, wind, hydro and fuel cells.
