P2 Solar Inc. has received governmental approval from the Indian State of Punjab for the construction of a 25 MW solar power plant in the state.
The present intention of the parties is to enter into a written agreement memorializing the terms of the project after May 20, the company says. The contract will include a power purchase agreement for 33 years.
