Pear Energy is financing a 550 kW solar photovoltaic installation for Two Bunch Palms Spa Resort near Palm Springs, Calif. Lighthouse Solar is managing the construction.
Construction for the ground-mounted system is scheduled to occur simultaneously with Two Bunch Palms' room renovations this summer and fall. Upon completion, the solar facility will provide enough electricity to offset 100% of Two Bunch Palms' demand.
Pear Energy provided financing for the project through a 21-year power purchase agreement.
