Netherlands-based solar energy provider Photon Energy NV has completed its merger with fully-owned subsidiary Photon Energy Investments NV (PEI).
Photon Energy CEO Georg Hotar says the company has now become legal successor and has taken over all obligations towards bondholders of PEI. All information published in PEI's investor reports will be incorporated in Photon Energy's periodic investor reports.
PEI launched a yieldco subsidiary, European Solar Holdings, in February. The yeildco remains as a separate entity and is planning to issue an initial public offering in 2015.
