Sergio A. Pozzerle has joined McDermott Will & Emery LLP's Houston office as a partner in the energy and derivatives Markets Group. He was recognized by Chambers USA 2009 as one of the nation's top lawyers in renewables and alternative energy.
Pozzerle has represented a variety of U.S. and European renewable power developers, as well as non-renewable power generation developers and energy trading companies. He has particular practice experience in the financing structures for the rapidly evolving and expanding wind and solar power generation markets.
Pozzerle comes to McDermott from the Houston office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
