Premier Power Renewable Energy Inc. has entered into a joint venture with Czech Republic-based Plaan Czech SRO. Under the agreement, the company will develop 19 MW of photovoltaic projects in the Czech Republic.
The first 3 MW, which include the 2 MW Jarsov project and the 1 MW Verovice project, will begin construction immediately. The projects are being completed for local investors. The company expects the initial 3 MW to be completed by July. Premier Power and Plaan Czech will act as co-developer and engineering, procurement and constructions partners on all projects.
