Pro-Tech Energy Solutions LLC has appointed Michael Palladino director of construction. In this role, he is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all solar projects for the turnkey energy solutions company.
Palladino brings to his new role more than 30 years' experience in project management, product development, manufacturing, value engineering, as well as product and process improvement, including eight years dedicated to the solar market.
Palladino has previously held positions at First Solar and WorldWater & Solar Corp., where he was responsible for the design, engineering and construction of large-scale photovoltaic electric generation and off-grid-capable systems ranging from 24 kW to 1.2 MW.
