Process Technology, based in Mentor, Ohio, has introduced its TIH series inline fluoropolymer heater, which is designed for demanding recirculation or single-pass chemical processing applications.
Compatible with virtually any chemistry, the TIH utilizes all fluoropolymer wetted. The thick fluoropolymer sheath offers clean performance, and the patented heater gas purge system continuously removes any chemical permeation. All these benefits result in longer heater life and reduced cost of ownership, the company says.
The TIH is assembled in a Class 100 clean room, ensuring the highest manufacturing standards, Process Technology adds.
