EnerWorks Inc., a solar thermal technology provider, and Provision Solar (Proterra Solar) have closed the sale of 100% of EnerWorks shares to Provision Solar. The acquisition was initially announced in February.
The company continues to operate under the EnerWorks name and is led by Suni Ball, general manager.
