Texas-based Principal Solar Institute (PSI) is hosting a free webinar on managing risks in large solar energy projects on Nov. 20 at 12 p.m. Central Time.
Large renewable energy projects require substantial capital investments and depend on predictable, long-term cash flows in order to provide investor returns that can attract that capital. Developers, operators and investors should understand the risks and how to mitigate them.
The webinar will address the risks in renewable energy projects and to which party can they be assigned; how risks can be managed, and at what cost; and which risks can be eliminated.
The featured presenter is Christopher Lohmann , vice president of alternative energy solutions at Energi Inc., an insurance firm focused on energy sectors in the U.S. and Canada.
