Solar Power Inc., a manufacturer of photovoltaic modules and designer and installer of PV solar electric systems, has announced several additions and changes to its senior management team.
Jeff Winzeler is replacing Glenn Carnahan as the company's chief financial officer. Winzeler's financial experience includes his previous role as CFO at International DisplayWorks and group controller for Intel Corp.'s FLASH Group. He has served as president of Solar Power Inc.'s franchise operations, Yes! Solar Inc., since January 2007.
Todd Lindstrom, who served as president of operations of solar construction subsidiary SPIC Inc. since June 2006, will replace Winzeler as president of Yes! Solar franchise operations.
Additionally, Eric Hafter has been appointed president of SPIC Inc. Previously, he was the senior director of a consulting business focusing on all aspects of the solar industry. Prior to that, he served for over 10 years on the board of directors for PowerLight Corp., where he joined the senior management team as general manager of European operations in 2004.
