Q.CELLS has completed the Brandenburg-Briest solar project, located on a former military base in Germany. According to the company, this is the largest PV installation in Europe.
Construction was completed at the end of 2011, but the last outstanding financial installment for the project has now been placed, marking Brandenburg-Briest's official inauguration, Q.CELLS explains.
The installation features approximately 383,000 crystalline solar modules from Q.CELLS.
