QSolar Ltd., based in Alberta, Canada, has introduced new solar modules with power outputs from 260 W to 300 W that are designed specifically to address large-scale utility solar power plant applications.
Previous models had a power output of up to 230 W. The use of fewer panels for the same total power requirement translates into faster installation time, fewer production components and, consequently, lower installation costs, QSolar notes.
