Rabobank has hired Hee Soo Yoon and Hemani Jadhav to work in the company's renewable energy and infrastructure finance (REIF) business, which finances solar projects and other renewable energy projects.
Yoon joins the bank as vice president and senior financial analyst in the credit risk management team, and will provide credit risk support for the REIF Americas business. She has a decade of experience in banking and energy finance. Prior to joining Rabobank, she worked at HSH Nordbank for five years, most recently as vice president, specializing in renewable energy finance transactions.
Jadhav will serve as vice president and portfolio manager for the REIF Americas business. She brings to the position 10 years of experience in energy finance. Most recently, she was a vice president at Unicredit/HVB, focusing on project and commodity finance. Prior to that, she worked on infrastructure and energy sector transactions at Citi and in the energy practice at Arthur D. Little.
