Recurrent Energy, a North American solar project developer, has promoted Sheldon Kimber to chief operating officer and Judith Hall to chief legal officer and general counsel. Both previously served in senior vice president roles with the company and will continue to report directly to Recurrent Energy's CEO, Arno Harris.

Kimber will lead all North American project development, project execution and plant operations. He led the efforts to secure 470 MW of contracted projects and a pipeline of more than 2 GW. Formerly Recurrent Energy's vice president of finance, he was instrumental in developing and negotiating the company's first projects, fund raising efforts, and joint venture agreements.

Hall will continue to manage Recurrent Energy's corporate, transactional, governance and compliance activity, providing strategic counsel for the company's contracted projects. Previously, she served as associate general counsel of Babcock & Brown, a global infrastructure and advisory firm. Prior beginning to her legal career, she provided engineering consulting services to electric power utilities, the U.S. Department of Energy and the Electric Power Research Institute.
