Reed Smith LLP has added a 14-member group of lawyers from Thelen LLP, headed by renewable energy law pioneer Ellen L. Bastier. The expansion will enhance the law firm's renewable energy practice.
New partners Bastier, Edward G. Rogan, Paul C. Lacourciere, Donald G. Ousterhout and David V. Biesemeyer, new counsel James Lee and five new associates have joined Reed Smith's San Francisco office. New partners Robert M. Vilter and Eli R. Mattioli have joined the firm's New York office, and Elizabeth Quirk has joined the firm as counsel in its Princeton, N.J., office.
