ReneSola Ltd. has been awarded a contract to supply 420 MW of its Virtus II polycrystalline photovoltaic panels to a solar developer in Japan.
The PV panels will be installed in at least 10 ground-mounted power plants to provide residential power in mountainous regions. ReneSola will begin delivery of shipments for the project this month and expects to complete delivery by December 2015.
