She has been deputy CEO of RES Group and a member of the RES Holdings Board (positions she will retain alongside her new position) since January. From 1995, Reilly spent 13 years with Scottish Power/Iberdrola, holding a number of senior positions, including strategy director, and had responsibility for the development of the renewable energy business in Scottish Power. She has also spent some time as executive vice president of PacificCorp Holdings, a U.S. regulated energy business, and was executive vice president for Iberdrola Renewables USA.
