Elettronica Santerno (Carraro Group), an Italy-based designer and manufacturer of inverters for industrial applications and renewable energy applications, has established a new office in San Francisco. The company is also now offering a range of products that have received – or will receive – UL approval for the North American market.
The products include medium-power inverters for residential photovoltaic applications. Specifically designed for the U.S. market, the line comprises the Sunway TG 100US, 250US and 500US. The inverters, with a power range of 100 kW to 500 kW, are fitted for rooftop applications on commercial/industrial buildings and for standing plants.
Santerno is also offering the new Sunway MXS line for residential applications for power ratings ranging from 5.2 kW to a 7.8 kW, with an efficiency range up to 96.7%, according to the company. Utility-scale products include Sunway Stations up to 1.2 MW.
