SANYO North America Corp. says it is working with BrightGrid Solar to offer a new solar lease program to homeowners who are financing a SANYO solar power array. The program is available now in California, New Jersey, Arizona, Colorado and Hawaii.
With BrightGrid's solar lease program, homeowners lease SANYO's panels rather than buying the system, saving up-front costs. Consumers can submit an online application via a secure server operated by BrightGrid and, if qualified, receive same-day credit approval.
The solar lease also offers other benefits, such monitoring, maintenance and insurance. Inverter repairs and replacement panels are covered under the terms of the lease.
