SCHOTT Solar has bundled its competencies in the solar industry into a new legal structure, whereby SCHOTT AG will wholly integrate its SCHOTT Solarthermie GmbH subsidiary into SCHOTT Solar GmbH.
The company has also announced changes in personnel, with Dr. Gerrit Sames and Michael Harre moving up into general management of SCHOTT Solar GmbH, and Dr. Nikolaus Benz and Christoph Fark assuming general management of SCHOTT Solarthermie GmbH.
The general management of SCHOTT Solar GmbH now comprises Dr. Martin Heming (CEO), Dr. Jurgen G. Kaiser-Gerwens (chief financial officer), Sames (chief operating officer) and Harre (chief sales officer).
