SCHOTT Solar PV Inc., a manufacturer of photovoltaic modules, has launched the SCHOTT Perform mono PV module.
The new modules, manufactured in Albuquerque, N.M., feature a 10-year product warranty and a 25-year linear power warranty, as well as a 5 W positive output tolerance. The modules qualify as a domestic end product under the Buy American Act, a U.S.-made end product under the Trade Agreement Act, and a domestic manufactured product under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act, according to SCHOTT.
The mono modules will initially be available in the 245 W to 255 W power classes.
