Maynards Europe GmbH, Hilco Industrial Europe and Heritage Global Partners Europe have been retained by Schuco International to jointly manage a series of sales for Schuco's solar module production and related capital assets.
The assets are located at Germany-based plants in Osterweddingen and Grossrohrsdorf, and a research and development (R&D) center in Bielefeld.
The series of sales has begun with a private treaty sale featuring two 60 MW turnkey solar module production facilities. R&D tools, as well as test and measurement equipment, are scheduled to be sold in three upcoming online auctions, along with thin-film PV module production equipment.
