Sustainable Energy Capital Partners (SECP), a California-based developer of renewable energy projects, has entered a joint-venture partnership with POSCO Power to develop and build a 300 MW photovoltaic solar power plant in Boulder City, Nev.
Construction on the plant is scheduled to take place during the second half of 2012.
