Seminole Financial Services LLC has funded a $2.65 million construction loan to SunStream Somerset Valley LLC – a partnership between SunStream Partners and Clean Focus Corp. – to install solar arrays totaling 834.5 kW at three YMCA locations in Somerset County, N.J.
This will be the first project owned and developed by SunStream Partners and the third project owned and developed by Clean Focus in which Seminole has been a partner. The three YMCA locations include Bridgewater, Hillsborough and Somerville.
All three installations are expected to be completed and placed in service by the summer. Combined, they will deliver over 970,000 kWh of energy annually to the owner of the YMCAs under a 15-year power purchase agreement.
