The Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA) has named two new members to its board of directors and announced its new lineup of officers and executive committee members.
Joining SEPA's board are Owen Smith, director of renewable energy and carbon strategy with Duke Energy, and Jennifer Szaro, renewable energy coordinator with the Orlando Public Utilities Commission.
New officers and executive committee members are as follows: David Rubin (PG&E), chair; Carl Siegrist (We Energies), vice chair; Ervan Hancock (Georgia Power), secretary/treasurer; Jon Bertolino (Sacramento Municipal Utility District), executive committee member; Mark Dougherty (Long Island Power Authority), executive committee member; Tom Dyer (Kyocera Solar), executive committee member; and Todd Foley (BP Solar), executive committee member.
