Shrink Nanotechnologies Forms Renewable Energy Team


Shrink Nanotechnologies Inc., a nanotechnology company developing products and licensing opportunities in the solar energy production and other sectors, has formed a renewable energy team. The team comprises Drs. Sayantani Ghosh and Roland Winston.

Ghosh is an assistant professor at the School of Natural Sciences at the University of California, Merced. She has performed significant research and is published in the fields of spintronics, liquid crystal quantum dot ensembles, plasmonics and photovoltaics.

Winston is a professor at the School of Natural Sciences and School of Engineering, University of California, Merced. Prior to joining UC Merced, he was a professor at the University of Chicago for 39 years (six of which he served as the chair of department of physics).
