Sloan Global Holdings LLC, an affiliate company of Sloan Valve Co. – a manufacturer of commercial plumbing systems – says it has purchased a significant interest in Aztec Solar Power LLC, a solar engineering, purchasing and construction firm.
According to the companies, this purchase will make it possible for Sloan to offer both water-related and energy-efficiency products.
