Inverter manufacturer SMA America has entered an official yearlong partnership with the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP). The agreement includes a premier sponsorship of NABCEP's Continuing Education Conference, scheduled for spring 2013 in Sacramento, Calif.
According to SMA, the partnership is part of the company's continued effort to promote education and certification for installers, as well as quality assurance for installations.
Most classes offered through SMA's Solar Academy training sessions qualify for NABCEP continuing education credit, the company adds.
