Solar Energy Initiatives Inc. has appointed Jack Zwick to its board of directors. He was a member of the board of directors of Health-Chem Corp., a publicly traded company.
In addition, Zwick is the senior vice president of finance at Sunrise Sports & Entertainment LLC and chief financial officer of American Bio Care, a publicly traded company.
Zwick will become chairman of the Solar Energy Initiative's audit committee. Mark Lev will be stepping down from the board.
